“The teens yoga class is a lovely welcoming space that allows everyone to feel comfortable, safe and energised. Everyone is able to relax and have a good laugh whilst still focusing in on themselves. Sally and Anita are both incredibly kind, caring, understanding and knowledgable teachers that provide individualised attention to each student. This class allows us to relax physically and mentally whilst improving our strength and flexibility. It’s perfect to do after a big day at school! I would definitely recommend this class to all teens, it’s wonderful!”

Sally started practicing Yoga in 2000, a new year’s resolution for a new century to improve flexibility. Yoga gave so much more; improved flexibility... yes, a stronger body and to her surprise, improved mental resilience, reduced mood swings, increased confidence and lowered anxiety.

In 2003 Sally graduated as a Yoga teacher. She subsequently taught in various settings: Yoga studios, corporate classes, wellness centres, gyms and secondary schools. Sally graduated in 2018 from the Yoga Teacher Training course provided by Melbourne Yoga Shala.
Sally believes Yoga is a skill building process and is keen to present Yoga as a practical tool relevant to our culture and times.
“I encourage you to experience Yoga tailored to your body. How good it makes you feel. The strength Yoga brings. How Yoga supports living a vibrant life in action, mind and body.”

Anita began practising Yoga in 2013 at the age of 17. After each class she would feel calm and noticed that this effect over time was also accumulative. The combination of breath, movement and awareness was potent in its ability to increase her sense of wellbeing.

In 2015, growing interest into the underpinnings of the practice led her to a part-time yoga teacher training alongside her studies in Architecture. In 2017, she was offered an apprenticeship with Jean Campbell and subsequently completed an additional 200Hr and 300 Hr Level 2 training including an in depth study of anatomy and yogic philosophy.
