1 to 1 Yoga sessions
Private 1 to 1 yoga sessions are designed so that you can get the best out of your yoga practice and are tailored to meet your goals and needs. Reduce or eliminate pain and prevent injury through appropriate sequencing and guidance. Private yoga classes are beneficial If you have a specific area that you would like to progress in, or are seeking support for advanced practice. If you are new to Yoga, individual sessions are a good way to learn at a pace that suits you and ensure that you begin with a good understanding of the principles of breath and movement. My goal in 1 to 1 sessions are to educate and provide you with the tools and techniques of Yoga that are appropriate for you so that you can self-regulate in group classes or during your home practice.
Sessions are arranged to fit into your schedule at a time and place that suits you. If you are unable to attend in person, I also offer classes online via zoom. I teach to all ages and levels of experience.
