How do I book a class?
Book your classes via the timetable.

How do I access the class?
After you have booked your class, you will receive a zoom URL link via email. When the class is scheduled to start, click on the link to enter the virtual classroom.

Note: Please ensure you have Zoom working on your device before the class starts. You can download the free version of zoom here: https://zoom.us/download

How does an online class work?
Similar to in-studio classes, from the comfort of your own home. You will receive verbal feedback and guidance with your practice. Make sure that you put your camera on in a position that I can see you on your mat well. You are welcome to ask questions, just remember to turn your microphone on as it will be muted by default.
